We are looking for a young & passionate chef to join the Rola Wala team! Our mission is to ignite mealtimes with incredible Indian flavours & we do it fast, fresh, and always healthy - the ideal person will share a passion for the same high quality, fresh food as we!

We've been trading for a little over a year now, and have very ambitious plans - if you love fresh food, love the streets, and love getting your hands dirty we want to hear from you!

A couple of points:

* Ambition, energy, and a passion for high quality street food a MUST!
* Initially this will be part time - today this is a 1-2 day a week job becoming full time when our first restaurant opens (within 4 months)
* You must be proven, 3-4+ years in a strong kitchen required
* Opportunity to advance into a lead role in our fast-food restaurant within 4 months.
* Experience with Indian cookery & spices a bonus

You will be working directly with me in the kitchen, as well as working at events to manage the food when we trade. Im looking for someone that can demonstrate a head for production, quality control, stock management skills as well as top notch hygiene - you will need to prove that you will own the job 100%.

Driver

Driver over 25 years of age.
Must be able to drive a transit style van.
Must be able to drive a van towing a trailer.
must have a B+E driving license or Class 2 HGV

The job involves delivering stock and trailers to various events around the country, setting up the trailers on arrival and then working shifts during the event and packing up and driving the trailer equipment and stock back to bace once the event is finished.

The successful applicant must be an outgoing personality who is hardworking, diligent, honest, resourceful and utterly reliable.
They must be prepared to spend most of summer on the road and work long hours, live in muddy fields and be a team player.
Its hard work but great fun.

Terms
£75 a day when driving
£6.60 an hour when working shifts and helping with set up and break down of events.
£25 stay out allowance per day

Sourced Market. Beer and wine supervisor. Full time

Sourced Market is an independent food market/cafe/bar in St Pancras Station. We work with the best of the UK's artisan producers (and some from further afield) and offer great produce with great customer service.

The Job
We are looking for someone full time to look after our beer & wine. You will be working in the Speciality department so also working with our cheese, charcuterie and other speciality products. Customer service is our number one priority so a large part of your role, as with all other members of the Sourced Market team, will be serving our customers. You will also be managing our fantastic range of wine, craft beer and cider, which involves:

- merchandising
- developing promotions
- signage & labelling
- ordering
- checking deliveries
- stocking up
- managing our store room
- visting our suppliers
- finding new products and/or suppliers
- organising 'meet the brewer/grower' events
- tastings with suppliers
- organising cask/keg beer events

We are open seven days a week so you will need to be able to work shifts.

Salary from £7.25p/h depending on experience.

Experience
You need to be able to demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of beer and wine, though this could be from professional or personal experience. For example you could have worked in a bar, on a market or just really love drinking craft beer.

You also need to be able to demonstrate an understanding and ideally experience of great customer service.

We are looking to hire a full time Market Manager, (Driving Essential) to come and join our expanding company. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied environment and maintain and expand a team of staff working below you. Your role will be working 5 days per week, Wednesday to Sunday.

- Your main responsibilities will include
- Running our weekly Farmers markets across London.
- Implementing new ideas and sourcing new markets.
- Delivering stock, and equipment to each market location.
- Managing and Motivating our current team of market staff.

You will have a base with us at our office in Hackney Wick, and we will provide a van for you to use for all of your travel.

Our ideal candidate will be Entrepreneurial, Ambitious, and Hardworking. Weekends are busy with early starts. You will also need to be over 25 for insurance purposes, with a full UK licence.

Starting pay is £21,000 p.a. Plus commission from the markets to be added on top.
